Ingredients for two person:
-160 gr quinoa
-250 ml plant based milk
-vanilla & cardamom powder
-pinch of salt
-homemade hazelnut milk
-kiwi
-banana
-fresh mint
-halva
-coconut yogurt
Method:
Soak quinoa overnight, in the morning rinse and drain well.
Cook in a pot for 8-10 minutes with plant based milk, vanilla, cardamom, pinch of salt.
Let rest for couple of minute and serve with kiwi, mashed banana with lemon and fresh mint.
Serve and sprinkle with hazelnut milk.
